RELAX OR JUST FART!!

What if there's more to it? Remeber the old saying "Do not judge a book by its cover"

Relax if your day-to-day routine sucks, and you handle too much work, at the office as well as business pressure including family matters in your hands. Long hours working and planning with too little sleep and no sign of your routine changing any time soon?  You'd be forgiven for wanting to do absolutely nothing but go for a holiday and relax. And if your hunt is warm, sunny climates with assorted and exotic luxury hotels catering to your every whim, and breathtaking surroundings, then you are in the right place. 

Are you familiar with the word "stress"?

Seriously when was the last time you truly cared about "you" and when did you ever give yourself a break and a chance for your body to truly thank you

Do you know that 7 People die from stress every 2 Seconds that was 2013 analysis that figure has quadrupled today due to the global recession  

 Scientists finally discover how preventable stress causes heart attacks and strokes 

What do anxiety, panic attacks, depression, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, fears, phobias, irritable bowel, fibromyalgia, ulcers, self-destructive habits like overeating, smoking, alcohol and other drug use all have in common?

They are all either caused by or made worse by STRESS!

The World Health Organization has called stress the “health epidemic of the 21st century.”

And yet, to my greatest and most shocking discoveries is that most people are ignorant and unaware of this fact!.  Many people I’ve had the privilege to talk to in airport lounges and public occasions don’t even consider themselves to be “stressed” at all.  They tell me that they have little or no stress in their lives and yet they sit back-breaking straight in the chair, show nervous twitches and describe how they cannot help their compulsions to eat sweets or over-large portions or smoke or drink.

How can that be?

The problem lies in habituation.  People get so USED to stress they just don’t even feel it anymore so it leaks out in habit-control problems. People get used to having unresolved internal (sometimes subconscious) conflicts about such things as work, their health, their self-esteem, their living situation or their relationships. Stress causes moderate to severe mental or physical pain for a good number of people every year.  And through preventable stress-related lifestyle issues, it leads directly to death for millions.

According to the US Center for Disease Control/National Institute on Occupational Safety & Health, the workplace is the number one cause of life stress.

  • 80% of workers feel stress on the job

  • Nearly half say they need help in learning how to manage stress

  • 42% say their coworkers need help reducing stress

  • 26% said they are “very often burned out by stress” (Yale University)

  • Stress is responsible for 30% of all disability claims

  • Stress causes American businesses an estimated $300 billion a year or even worse

But here is the most sobering statistic of all in my opinion:

110 million people die every year as a direct result of stress and in my own opinion, this can be preventable.

And that is absolutely preventable!!

So, why not take a deep breath and release, forget what you need or had to do, let down your hair, relax and imagine what it would be like if you could hold on to that feeling during a time of challenge. What would it be like if you just felt a little better most of the time and you have more good days than you used to?  Can you imagine just being a little happier?  A little more positive?  A little more you that what the world thinks of you?

Here, let me see; have you ever considered letting out that wind you carry about in your belly because you don't want to sound or embarrassed yourself in public, here get to a widow or toilet if any is available within reach, and let it out, I mean #JustFart!, fart out and free your self. In my research starting with myself, I realized when I am windy I am more uptight and irritable, even a lot more in control of your diet or exercise or other habits?  How much would you enjoy that experience and how would you feel about yourself?

Farting is a natural occurrence and we experience it in our daily lives. Some people even fart over twenty times and even more in their heyday. As for me farting is perfectly natural although I don’t fart in boardrooms, weddings and churches and especially not when am dining, I simply make a quick dash to any convenient within or just outside. I remember one time when I joined a lift from a 6th floor going down to the ground floor, after a few seconds of entering the lift I felt like I was gonna explode if I don’t let out a fart threatening come out and trust me without wasting any time I explained like a fast warded robot how we all need to let out air for health sake and that I am just gonna start with this and I go- Pow! Before I knew it a guy said mind if I join and he goes tuvvuuuuu!! And so the rest of the girls and boys just did it, and instantly the lift became a fart war zone. 

Aftermath?

The lift was filled with a horrible acrid-like smell. A fart is a buildup of pressure from inside the stomach that is released and with enough force, either audible or quiet. Everybody feels the quiver and pull from the intestines while prepping a fart, and at times that release of air is one of the best feelings in the immediate moment. It’s the afterlife of the fart that can be a bit troubling when the air allows the odor to linger within the surrounding environment. Farts can tend to be a bit on the stickier side, but never fear, smelly farts can actually be telling you that your body is in fact, healthy. And you might be surprised to learn that smelling farts makes us healthier too!

What Fart Smells Mean

Farts are a sign that your body has contracted a necessary and healthy amount of fiber, which is a great way for your body to inform you. A fart means that there are good bacteria in the intestines and that the body is working correctly. A fart that is odorless (being of mainly carbon-dioxide) happens more often than people realize, and is perfectly normal. The scent that comes along with farts is usually from hydrogen sulfide, broken down from the various foods that get put in the body. These compounds, when being digested, are part of the process of creating the odor that will accompany the gas that leaves your behind. Now, there are various levels of fart smells, ranging from a mild nuisance to a pungent stank-(Acrid).

Smelling can Help People Live Longer

A mild smelling fart is nothing to worry about. Research show that smelling people’s farts might actually help people live longer. Yes, that’s right, the methane smell of people’s farts can actually help reduce life-threatening diseases. One particular one is Dementia, a mind-altering disease wherein people watch their loved ones forget everything. Hydrogen sulfide changes the way enzymes function in the disease.

How about Extreme Fart?

Ugh! I have experienced that when I took ill, and whenever I farted my oh mine! It was a stench, so horrible I gasp for air. Extremely smelly fart might cause people to think they are more unhealthy, but in fact, it is generally fine. The wretched stench of a fart usually means that your diet has consisted of mainly heavy hydrogen sulfide producing foods. These are usually indicative to a person maintaining a diet high in fiber. These foods include eggs, beans, and broccoli. Red meat is one of the most profound foods for having farts that really stink.
