Dark and Beautiful - The Magic of Exotic Acai Fruit.

Updated: Jun 19, 2018

Global Demand for Açaí is High

The açaí berries are only produced in the Northern Region of Brazil, in the Amazonian area. It’s an advantage that, although it’s a product with growing worldwide demand, there is no competition from other producing countries. However, the disadvantage of Açaí is that the berries ferment extremely fast after harvesting.

Hi, good to have you here, do you know anything about acai berry?,

Well, let's me share what I have learned about the "Amazing Fruit" .

If you are planning to incorporate a healthy lifestyle to get real results such as loose weight, look stunning in your outfits then this berry might just be the answer you seek. But first; you wanna slow down on having a whopper for breakfast and a Big mac for lunch and a gigantic pizza for dinner which will definitly leave you with a banging body and a huge tummy. But if you can't leave the junk food then you may wanna wash it down with açaí berry juice because it cleans the excess build up of gunk in the digestive system and also prevents future build up. It's also rich in fiber and prevents fluid retention. So it is not a miracle pill but it helps you maintain your weight when you incorporate a healthy life style. The whole idea is to watch your diet but don't go starving yourself.

Rich Nutrients

Most fruits are naturally low in fat, sodium, and calories.

Fruits are sources of many essential nutrients that are underconsumed, including potassium, dietary fiber, vitamin C, and folate (folic acid).

Diets rich in potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure.

Most fruits are naturally low in fat, sodium, and calories. None have cholesterol.

Fruits are sources of many essential nutrients that are underconsumed, including potassium, dietary fiber, vitamin C, and folate (folic acid).

Diets rich in potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure. Fruit sources of potassium include bananas, prunes and prune juice, dried peaches and apricots, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and orange juice.

Dietary fiber from fruits, as part of an overall healthy diet, helps reduce blood cholesterol levels and may lower risk of heart disease. Fiber is important for proper bowel function. It helps reduce constipation and diverticulosis. Fiber-containing foods such as fruits help provide a feeling of fullness with fewer calories. Whole or cut-up fruits are sources of dietary fiber; fruit juices contain little or no fiber.

Vitamin C is important for growth and repair of all body tissues, helps heal cuts and wounds, and keeps teeth and gums healthy.

Folate (folic acid) helps the body form red blood cells. Women of childbearing age who may become pregnant should consume adequate folate from foods, and in addition 400 mcg of synthetic folic acid from fortified foods or supplements. This reduces the risk of neural tube defects, spina bifida, and anencephaly during fetal development.

Healthy Living

Food that are rich in vegetables and fruits as part of an overall healthy diet may reduce risk for heart disease, heart attack and stroke, because eating vegetables and fruits rich in potassium as part of an overall healthy diet may lower blood pressure, and may also reduce the risk of developing kidney stones and help to decrease bone loss.

Preferably eating foods and fruits that are lower in calories may be useful in helping to lower calorie intake.

Diet rich vegetables and fruits also helps in fighting and protecting us against certain types of cancers.

Diets rich in foods containing fiber, such as some vegetables and fruits, may reduce the risk of heart disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes.
